Contact info@gendigital.es with privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights. This policy concerns the sales landing page. Data processing within a subscribed campus is addressed in the service documentation and, where applicable, the data processing agreement.
2. Data we process and purposes
The demo form asks for your name, academy, professional email, student band and modules of interest. We use this information to receive and answer your enquiry, prepare a demo or proposal, and follow up on your request. Required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry. Do not enter student details or sensitive information.
The legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request when you seek the service for yourself. When you act as an organisation's contact, it is our legitimate interest in managing that professional relationship and answering your request. Submitting the form does not add your address to an advertising list.
Technical connection data and hosting logs may also be processed to serve the page and protect it against incidents. Temporary sending limits and request references reduce spam and duplicates, based on our legitimate interest in service security and availability.
To display Spanish or English, the server looks up the approximate country of your IP address in a local GeoIP database. Your IP is not sent to an external geolocation service, we do not request precise location, and we do not store a country history. Your manual language choice takes priority. If the country cannot be determined, we use your browser language.
3. Sending your enquiry
Form details are transmitted over HTTPS to the server and emailed to info@gendigital.es. Your email is used as the reply address. The contents are not published on the website. Confirmation means that the mail service has accepted the message; it does not mean a person has read it.
4. Providers and recipients
Hosting is provided through SiteGround and domain email through DonDominio. They may access information necessary to provide their services. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
The controller identified above is established in the United States. Enquiries may be accessed from that country for handling. You can request information about applicable safeguards and agreements at info@gendigital.es. This policy does not assert that the controller is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or has any specific safeguard that has not been verified.
Stripe Checkout processes recurring subscriptions, billing details, tax IDs and payments. Card details are entered directly on Stripe and are never received or stored by this website. We verify signed payment and subscription notifications and email our team at info@gendigital.es and info@pulsodocente.com. Technical event references help prevent duplicate notices; they contain no card numbers. Processing needed to manage your subscription is based on contract performance and applicable legal obligations. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
5. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and provide the requested follow-up. Once closed and no longer needed for a justified purpose, they are deleted, except for data that must be restricted and retained for legal obligations or potential liabilities. If a contract is entered into, the retention periods relevant to that relationship and tax and commercial law apply.
The application's temporary sending controls expire after one hour, are purged when new requests are processed, and are cleared when the process restarts. This does not delete received emails or replace the hosting and email providers' retention policies.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing info@gendigital.es. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We will request additional identifying information only when necessary.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority. This landing page does not make automated decisions with legal effects or create advertising profiles.
7. Cookies and changes
The website includes no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, icons and images are served from this site. See the cookie policy. If processing changes, we will update this information and seek consent when required.
